My name is John Alldredge, masseur and owner of Sangraal Bodywork since 1999. I am licensed and certified in Washington State and am a graduate of the professional licensing program at Ashmead College. I have volunteered to do onsite massage for charitable organizations (such as Bailey-Boushay House) helping chronically ill people toward recovery or comfort. I have also participated in numerous local alternative healthcare fairs educating the public about the benefits of massage therapy. I specialize in deep tissue massage and lymphatic work. My approach to massage is results oriented and grounded in a knowledge of the structure and function of the human body. Typical massage may incorporate many techniques drawn from a variety of styles tailored to a client's needs and preferences, and may include the following; Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release (deep tissue), Lymphatic Drainage, pregnancy massage and sports massage.
