This is for a 3 hour consultation. I'll spend 2 hours with you at your home discussing the options you have for remodeling or renovating your home. We can discuss structural feasibility, construction efficiency, budgetary issues, and design ideas. We can also discuss anything else you may be interested in. Prior to meeting I'll spend an hour researching the regulatory issues that will affect your decision making.
